Project Milestone schedule

  • Building #1 Construction Period: April 30, 2024 - August 27, 2025
  • Building #2 Construction Period: May 31, 2024 – October 22, 2025
  • Building #3 Construction Period: July 8, 2024 – December 12, 2025
  • Building #4 Construction Period: August 12, 2024 - February 10, 2026
  • Building #5 Construction Period: September 10, 2024 – April 6, 2026

Two-month Look Ahead

 

  • Foundation walls and footings will continue to be poured through early Spring 2025.
  • Structural Steel is complete on Building 1 and will continue on remaining Buildings 2-5 through late Spring 2025.
  • Underground utilities are being installed throughout the site and within the building footprints. Underground utility work to begin in Kimball Road at the beginning of October 2024.
